Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Communicating with clients via email, phone and chat

  • Using the internet for research beyond

  • Managing appointments, travel plans reservations and other secretarial work.

  • Database management

  • Working with other team members on shared tasks

Job Description: Customer Relationship Executive

Overall Responsibility: Acting as a go-between to solve communication and quality problems between clients and assistants

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Handholding clients during their first few months of usage

  • Communicating with clients over e-mail, phone and chat

  • Maintaining the relationship between the company / assistant and the client

  • Reviewing work carried out on behalf of the client.

  • Proactively solving communication and quality problems

  • Educating and guiding assistants on client expectations and requirements.
