Job Description: Customer Relationship Executive
Overall Responsibility: Acting as a go-between to solve communication and quality problems between clients and assistants
Key Areas of Responsibility:

Handholding clients during their first few months of usage

Communicating with clients over e-mail, phone and chat

Maintaining the relationship between the company / assistant and the client

Reviewing work carried out on behalf of the client.

Proactively solving communication and quality problems

Educating and guiding assistants on client expectations and requirements.
